Milica Zidarić


Milica Zidarić, Ph.D. (1991) was raised in a family of a musician and started to play piano at the age of six. She has soon started to compete at the prestigious competitions such as Valery Gavrilin in Russia and Isidor Bajić Memorial at Novi Sad.Most of her engament includes giving concerts as a soloist or a chamber musician, having a rich repertoire from Baroque to XX century.

Recently she recorded at the Great hall of Kolarac Endowment English suite No. 2 in a minor by Bach and piano pieces Opus 116 by Johannes Brahms.At 2020th Milica succesfully gratuated her Ph.D. degree by playing and publishing her artistic view of complete 24 Preludes by Rachmaninoff.

During that time, she developed more of her artistic skills mentored by professor Ruben Dalibaltayan at Music Academy of Zagreb and Talent Music Masters in Brescia.She is member of Association of music artists in Serbia and collaborates as a artistic accompanist in music school.Milica is also playing in a piano duet with her sister Jelena.

Koncert „Klavirski komadi Frederika Šopena”

Povodom 175 godina od smrti Frederika Šopena, pijanistkinje Milica Zidarić i Jelena Zidarić Zečević će se 21. januara od 12 časova predstaviti publici Narodnog muzeja Srbije sa klavirskim delima ovog velikana. Dođite da zajedno uživamo!



REPERTOIRE

Milica plays compositions which include most of skills that one pianist should have - Bach English suite No. 2, Brahms 7 pieces Opus 116, Ravel Gaspar de la Nuit, Scriabin 3rd sonata, Chopin 24 preludes, Rachmaninoff complete preludes, Rachmaninoff Suite Op. 5 for two pianos etc. Including piano concerto by Scriabin, Schumann, Beethoven the 3rd and Franck Symphonic Variations.


EVENTS

This year she opened her concert season by playing at the gallery at Sremska Mitrovica city. She will play 24 preludes by Chopin and Mozart sonata K. 281 in B flat major.

She is active as a member of Association of music artists in Serbia.
